Moving and grooving in park

The Swan Hill Regional Library will be moving and grooving in George Lay Park. with sessions to be offered in person from Wednesday, 28 October.

Swan Hill Rural City Council Libraries Manager, Camille Cullinan said they were looking forward to launching Move and Groove sessions in George Lay Park, during Children's Week.

"We had such a great response to storytime in the park, we are delighted to be starting Move and Groove sessions as well," she said.

Ms Cullinan said Move and Groove sessions would commence at George Lay Park this week and continue at 10.30am on Wednesdays.

"Bookings are essential as sessions will be strictly limited to 10 participants," she said.

Ms Cullinan said staff would be encouraging families to bring a hat, sunscreen and a picnic rug.

"Social distancing measures will be in place and we request that families do not attend if they are unwell," Ms Cullinan added.
