MUA requests AMSA extend seafarer certification expiry due to COVID19

The MUA has written to AMSA to request a further extension to the expiry date of seafarer certification due to COVID19. AMSA previously extended seafarer certication expiry for certicates expiry between March and October but the MUA has requested this be extended due to the inability for seafarers to travel to colleges to revalidate.

The MUA will advise all seafarers as soon as a response comes from AMSA
