Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Mill Park man Muhanad Rashid.
The 33-year-old is wanted on warrants for theft of motor vehicle, possess Methylamphetamine and criminal damage.
He is known to frequent the Mill Park, Broadmeadows and CBD areas.
Investigators have released an image of Rashid in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
He is described as having black and grey hair, 175cm tall with a medium build.
