The Albanese Government is continuing to support community-led organisations to run multicultural programs and events.
The latest Multicultural Grassroots Grants Program is now open, with two streams of funding available.
The grant program funds grassroots organisations that celebrate our multicultural diversity and bring people together through local events, programs and community initiatives.
Applicants can apply for between $10,000 and $20,000 (GST exclusive) for an event, or between $10,000 and $80,000 (GST exclusive) for a program that promotes intercultural understanding, community participation and a sense of belonging.
Multiple applications across different locations are allowed, and proposals that build cross-cultural links, understanding and social cohesion are encouraged.
Applications close on 5 December 2025. For more information and to apply, visit: www.grants.gov.au
