Mundaring Fatal Crash

Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are seeking the public's assistance for information relating to a fatal crash that occurred in Mundaring this morning, 4 July 2025.

About 6.35am, a blue Jeep Wrangler vehicle struck a pedestrian who was walking on Phillips Road. The pedestrian, a 51-year-old man, was critically injured and died at the scene.

The 44-year-old male driver of the Jeep was not injured.

Major Crash investigators are urging anyone who saw this crash, or either the vehicle or pedestrian in the area prior to the crash, or who has any information relating to the crash, to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or online at www.crimestopperswa.com.au .
