Capital Regional District – Gardom Pond Dam Decommissioning

This project involves the design and construction of long-term erosion mitigation works including riprap toe, bioengineering bank protection and (and/or spurs), if required along the bend, regrading of the bank to a geotechnically stable final slope, and surficial erosion protection along the bank as well as trenched riprap installed at a setback from the river along the downstream half of the bend.

Samahquam First Nation – Flood Risk Mitigation for Q'aLaTKu7eM Village

This project includes the construction of a dike along the north and east boundaries of the community, and the re-configuration of a rip-rap revetment along Billy Goat Creek. City of Vancouver – Fraser River Flood Protection Project – East Fraser Lands – Phase 1

This project will complete: ground densification along the Area 2 foreshore to meet seismic guidelines; construction of a flood wall around the perimeter of Kinross Park, to protect the existing roads, park space and associated municipal assets located within Area 2; and, development of an Operations and Maintenance Manual for the new assets.

Ministry of Forests, Lands, Natural Resource Operations, and Rural Development – Provincial Dike GPS Crest Survey
