New Honorary Federal Treasurer of Liberal Party of Australia

Charlie Taylor was today elected unopposed as the Honorary Federal Treasurer of the Liberal Party.

Charlie is a former Senior Partner of McKinsey & Company, where he worked in the Sydney office for 20 years, with over 10 years in overseas offices including New York, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore and Jakarta.

Charlie has extensive experience across a wide range of business sectors, as well as supporting not-for-profit organisations.

Federal President John Olsen said: "On behalf of the Liberal Party, I thank Charlie for taking up this important role. We are delighted to have someone of Charlie's experience and commitment to join the Party's Federal Executive and ensure the Party has the resources to support the Morrison Government at the next election."

"We also thank Andrew Burnes for his long and distinguished service to our Party, having served in the position of Honorary Federal Treasurer from 2015 to 2019."
