Purchasers looking to build in Geraldton now have more options, with the State Government's land delivery agency DevelopmentWA releasing new homesites this week in Wandina and Karloo.

Ten lots have been made available in Wandina, seven kilometres south of Geraldton city centre through an offers invited process.

Located along Eurithmic Link in the established suburb, lots are priced from $132,000, with Seacrest Shopping Centre, Tarcoola Beach, as well as local parks Derna Park and Seacrest Park all nearby.

Two affordable lots have also been released in Karloo, five kilometres southeast of the city centre.

Priced at $65,000, the homesites are close to Geraldton's public and private hospitals, shopping centres, and beaches.

As stated by Sandra Carr MLC:

"This is an important delivery for Geraldton's growing population.

"The mix of coastal and affordable lots means people across the Geraldton region will be able to access new housing opportunities and I look forward to seeing these lots developed."
