New Portal Launched to Monitor Energy Use

Over 85,000 Territorians can now access their electricity use online.

Jacana Energy has this week launched MyAccount, an online self-service dashboard which gives customers more control over their electricity account.

Given the technical complexity of energy markets, this new portal will improve customers' access to information and present it in a user-friendly way.

Jacana Energy customers now have the option to access their electricity account information online via MyAccount. One of the main features of the account is seeing electricity usage.

MyAccount allows customers to securely login and look at their electricity use history and bills. With this greater visibility, Territorians can better understand and track how much energy they are using over time, as well as manage simple everyday transactions online such as updating address details and paying their bills.

More than half of Jacana Energy customers are already using Jacanas eBilling service.
