The significant contributions of science and technology representative organisations have been reaffirmed by a report released today.
Commissioned by Science & Technology Australia (STA) and conducted by research firm Rapid Context, the inaugural STEM Associations and Societies Review found STEM organisations are making significant contributions to Australia's social and economic prosperity.
This is achieved through financial support of major events and conferences, the provision of professional development and formal recognition for the science and technology workforce, and through positive and effective influence on public policy.
