The improved online platform is designed to streamline how residents communicate concerns such as potholes, waste collection, graffiti, and fallen trees.
With a more intuitive interface, the new system automatically directs reports to the appropriate Council department, enabling faster response times and enhanced service delivery.
The upgrade is part of Council's ongoing commitment to improving its website, digital services and community engagement.
The updated Report It page is available now on the Bayside Council website. Residents are encouraged to use the platform to report non-emergency issues 24/7 from any device.
