New Senior Exercise Parks Coming To Knox

New Senior Exercise Parks are coming to Knox at Marie Wallace Park and Wally Tew Reserve.

As part of our commitment to being an Age-Friendly City, installing Senior Exercise Parks supports healthy ageing by encouraging seniors to stay active and engaged within the community.

The Senior Exercise Parks are designed to enhance physical function, mobility, coordination, strength and balance.

The two new sites will be an addition to our existing site at Carrington Park which launched in 2022.

Once launched in Spring, the sites will be free to use, all day, every day.

Why not head down to the Carrington Park Senior Exercise Park and see what's coming to Marie Wallace Park and Wally Tew Reserve? Please remember to wear sturdy shoes and bring a water bottle.
