New textile-based art exhibition is centre stage at Granville Centre Art Gallery

We invite all art lovers to an upcoming exhibition, 'A link, a loop a circle' at The Granville Centre Art Gallery from 14 May to 4 July 2021. 'A link, a loop, a circle' is a group exhibition that brings together contemporary artists from Australia and New Zealand to explore how textiles are woven throughout their varying practices.

The exhibition, curated by Talia Smith and featuring artists Elizabeth Pulie, Teelah George, Hayley Pigram, Areez Katki, Blake Lawrence, Rainbow Chan, Amy Claire Mills, Sue Jo Wright, Edwina Green, Kevina Jo Smith, Sayd Abdali in collaboration with Jane Théau, Nasaphah Nasaphah.

Each artist uses textiles to share their own point of view on the world and how we connect and interact with each other, community, culture and history.

Mayor Steve Christou said the Granville Centre's Art Gallery is an outstanding space that perfectly showcases all forms of art.
