Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate 46-year-old Nicole Armitage.
A warrant has been issued for her arrest in relation to a drink driving offence.
An image of Armitage has been released in the hope that someone can provide information on her whereabouts.
She was last known to frequent the Ballarat area.
