"We are starting by looking at our processes, particularly how our employees request adjustments to do their best work, and how inclusive we are for candidates looking to join Tabcorp. We have found clear processes and good policy are key to setting the expectations and empowering."
Kelly reflects on the way AND has positioned workplace adjustments. During a recent meeting, AND offered the thought that "requesting an adjustment should be as easy as asking for a cup of tea."
"We want to build a culture of trust so we can make that happen," Kelly says.
In the future, Tabcorp plans to benchmark itself against leading practice and plans to participate in the Access and Inclusion Index, striving to be a leader in inclusion.
