Nollamara crash

Mirrabooka Police are investigating the circumstances surround a crash that occurred last night, 25 November 2020 in Nollamara.

Around 11.20pm, a 20-year-old man was driving his red Ford Falcon utility north on Wanneroo Road. As he passed Harrison Street he lost control of the vehicle, which resulted in his vehicle striking a power pole and shearing it off at the base.

The power pole fell over a nearby brick fence and into the roof of a home on Myimber Way in Nollamara causing minor damage to the roof.

The power pole will need to be replaced.

The driver left the scene and was later located by police. No charges have been laid at this time.

Mirrabooka Police wish to speak to anyone who saw the crash or the Ford Falcon utility travelling in the area prior to the crash.
