Nominations open for Australian Export & Investment Awards

Nominations are being called for Austrade's 59th Australian Export & Investment Awards, in recognition and celebration of businesses achieving export success.

This year the prestigious and long-running business awards programme has 13 national categories, including 'International health'. Companies with outstanding international success in medical, healthcare, biotechnology fields for products, technology, equipment or services, including e-health, digital health, and medtech, are being asked to self-nominate.

Nominations are welcomed from small, medium and large companies, no matter your export experience. This is an opportunity to shine the light on your company, and illustrate your achievements and the Australian life science sector's social and economic contributions.

2020's awards pivoted to recognise just eight Australian businesses, and to promote stories of resilience and perseverance in the face of COVID-19. AusBiotech member Epichem Pty Ltd, based in Western Australia, featured in the 2020 National Recognition Program for their dedication to 'keeping Australians safe through science' and how they responded to the challenges that the pandemic caused them. Applications will close on Friday 6 August. Nominate here.
