ARENA researcher Helene Sjursen has organized the research workshop "EU foreign policy in a contested international environment", which took place in the framework of the 2nd NORTIA network conference, 5-7 June 2019 in Poznan. It brought togehter the NORTIA members for the annual research and teaching exchange on European foreign policy.
