Notice of Approval of Amendment - Amendment C339stonPt1
The Minister for Planning has approved Amendment C339stonPt1 to the Stonnington Planning Scheme.
The Amendment comes into operation on the date this notice is published in the Victoria Government Gazette.
The Amendment rezones Council owned public open space and land reserved for public open space purposes to the Public Park and Recreation Zone (PPRZ) and deletes the Public Acquisition Overlay (PAO3) from properties that have been acquired by the Council for public open space.
A copy of the Amendment can be inspected, free of charge, at the Department of Transport and Planning website atwww.planning.vic.gov.au/public-inspection or by contacting 1800 789 386 to arrange a time to view the Amendment.
