CASEY PLANNING SCHEME
Notice of Approval of Amendment C266
The Minister for Planning has approved Amendment C266case to the Casey Planning Scheme.
The Amendment came into operation on 18 July 2019, the date this notice was published in the Victoria Government Gazette.
The Amendment gives effect to the Minta Farm Infrastructure Contributions Plan on an interim basis and makes associated changes to the Casey Planning Scheme.
A copy of the Amendment can be inspected, free of charge, at the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning website at www.planning.vic.gov.au/public-inspection and free of charge, during office hours, at the offices of the Victorian Planning Authority, Level 25, 35 Collins Street, Melbourne and Casey City Council, Magid Drive, Narre Warren.
