Detectives from the Major Crash Investigation Unit have issued a Notice to Appear in relation to a fatal crash in Humpty Doo last month.
The 49-year-old woman will appear in Darwin Local Court on 10 August to face one count of Drive Dangerous Causing Death.
The driver of a third vehicle involved in the crash was issued an infringement notice for speeding (88 km/h in 80 km/h zone).
