NRMA Insurance Provides Help Like No One Else in new campaign

In our new NRMA Insurance campaign our claims assessor Judi shows Australians that help is there when they need it.

Our new NRMA Insurance television commercial, 'Help Like No One Else', showcases the depth of experience NRMA Insurance assessors draw on when they help a customer during a claim.

The campaign film follows Judi, who has been an NRMA assessor for 32 years, as she journeys to an insurance claim while recalling her experiences on the job.

Judi has been there to help our customers through some of the nation's worst disasters, from the Newcastle earthquake to the Black Summer bushfires. The new ad is the first in a campaign featuring a series of stories starring just some of the dedicated NRMA Insurance employees who help our customers every day.

NRMA Insurance claims assessor and star of the ad Judi 'Spud' Hindson said: "Being part of this campaign really reinforces why I do what I do. It's not just me, it's everyone who works in our claims teams. We all help people through challenging life experiences every day. I feel very privileged to be given this opportunity to show how we work with customers to help them get back on their feet after the unexpected happens."

NRMA Insurance Chief Marketing Officer, Brent Smart, said: "Since I joined the company, I've heard incredible stories of how our people help. The challenge is how to tell those incredible stories in a way that doesn't feel like just another testimonial employee ad. We found a way creatively to honour our incredible people and the way they help our customers."

Hearing Judi talk about many years on the job, experiencing some of Australia's worst moments, we were moved by the courage, empathy and dedication that sets her and her team apart. We were determined to tell this story.
