Residents in flood – affected areas can contact Service NSW to log NSW SES clean requests and seek essential items.
Residents can log a resupply or clean up request by:
- Complete short online form
- Calling Service NSW on 13 77 88
When completing a request, provide:
- Your name and contact number
- Name and contact number for the person who needs assistance (if you’re applying on behalf of someone else)
- Residential or business address (for clean up)
- Pick up address and delivery address (for essential goods support, if you’ve placed an order
