NSW police seek info following suspicious death of woman

Police are appealing for information following the suspicious death of woman on the state’s Central Coast earlier today.

About 10.30am this morning, today, emergency services were called to Snapper Point in the Munmorah State Conservation area, following the discovery of a body face down inside the blow hole.

Detectives from State Crime Commands Homicide squad, with the assistance of officers from Tuggerah Lakes Local Area Command, have commenced an investigation into the women’s death.

Police are appealing for information from the public as they continue their investigations. In particular, police would like to hear from anyone who has visited the National Park in recent days.

The woman, who is yet to be identified, is described as being of Asian appearance and believed to be aged between 20 and 35 and approximately 170cm tall.
