NZ police appeal to identify at least three offenders involved in Mangere homicide

As stated by Detective Inspector Tofilau Faa Va'aelua, Counties Manukau CIB:

Counties Manukau Police investigating the murder of Arthur Brown are continuing to appeal for public's assistance to identify at least three offenders involved.

At around 12.45am on Sunday morning Mr Brown was alone outside the shops on the corner of Vine Street and Farmer Street in Mangere.

Police enquiries have established Mr Brown was waiting for a friend to pick him up when three offenders have approached him on foot.
