Police can confirm the name of the man who died following a crash on Wairoa Gorge Road on 3 July.
He was Thomas Henry Capil, 64, from Stoke.
Police offer our condolences to his family and friends during this difficult time.
Enquiries into the circumstances of the crash remain ongoing.
