NZ police statement on ANZAC Day commemorations in Auckland

As stated by Superintendent Karyn Malthus, Auckland City District Commander:

Police across Tamaki Makaurau have been working with Auckland Council and local RSAs to provide advice in the lead up to the annual ANZAC day events.

Superintendent Karyn Malthus says it is important to reiterate that there's no information to suggest a specific risk to public safety at this time.

"In the current environment Police are continuing to provide a visible presence nationwide for the safety and reassurance of the community," says Superintendent Malthus.
