Major Crash officers are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a 32 year old man from Clarkson, who was struck by a car in Ocean Reef on Sunday 11 February 2018.
Around 3:35am, a grey 2008 model Ford Falcon sedan was travelling north along Marmion Avenue. Near Marina Blvd the Ford struck the man who was standing in the emergency lane. The pedestrian received life threatening injuries and was conveyed by ambulance to the Joondalup Health Campus before being transferred to Royal Perth Hospital where he later died, WA Police say.
The 62 year old male driver of the Ford Falcon was not injured.
Major Crash officers would like to speak anyone who saw the crash, or the pedestrian or Ford Falcon prior to the crash.
