October is Mental Health Month, a time to focus on wellbeing and the importance of staying connected with others.
This year's theme, A little connection goes a long way, highlights how simple everyday moments, such as chatting with a neighbour, joining a local group or spending time with friends and family, can support our mental health and wellbeing.
Everyone's mental health journey is different, but staying connected with others can make a positive difference.
Across Nillumbik, there are many opportunities to meet people, learn something new and build connections throughout October and beyond.
