Lodging an application over the holiday period
You can lodge an application at any time over the holiday period.
Apply online through our Online Lodgment Service to make:
- an Unfair dismissal application (Form F2)
- a General protections application involving dismissal (Form F8)
- a General protections application not involving dismissal (Form F8C)
- an Application for the Commission to deal with an unlawful termination dispute (Form F9), or
- an Application for approval of an enterprise agreement (other than a greenfields agreement) (Form F16)
