(Perth, AUS / October 04, 2022) -- Lucy Banks, a popular Australian OnlyFans content creator and media personality, was invited to chat with Studio 10 Morning Show hosts Sarah Harris and Tristan MacManus for an interview segment, "Cashing In on Success".
The single Mum of two explained - to the shock of the hosts - that while sums may vary, she can make up to $30,000- $60,000 a month as an OnlyFans model, and spoke of securing her young children on the real estate ladder and teaching them how to manage and invest money. "I'm really open with my kids about money at an age appropriate level… we bought our first house in December of last year... and in the last few months, we started talking about an investment property… I said, 'We have to be careful with money, we've got to save again and buy and investment property', and they said, 'What about us?' "I sort of thought about it, and realized it was a really good opportunity to not only teach them about money but also get them into that property market. We agreed that if they saved one hundred dollars each, they would save one percent of the rent, and my oldest - he's like a mathematical genius, he's so smart - he's already worked out that by the time he's an adult, from the initial one hundred dollar deposit, he will have enough for his own house when he turns 18."
