Items of note include:

About 5.35pm yesterday (Saturday 6 March 2021), officers from Parramatta Highway Patrol detected a Ford Falcon sedan on Gilba Road, Girraween, travelling at 87km/h in a 50km/h marked zone. After speaking with the driver, checks revealed the 51-year-old man had an expired licence and was disqualified from driving, and that stolen number plates were attached to the car.

About 9:35pm (Saturday 6 March 2021), officers from The Hills Highway Patrol were conducting patrols at Freeman Avenue, Castle Hill when they stopped a white Holden Commodore and spoke to the driver, a 37-year-old man. Officers conducted a search of the car when they located a number of allegedly stolen identification documents and other items including a mobile phone. The man was arrested and taken to Castle Hill Police Station where he was charged with goods in personal custody suspected being stolen (not motor vehicle). He was refused bail to appear at Parramatta Bail Court today (Sunday 7 March 2021).
