Bayside Council's Operational Plan and 6 Month Progress Report was endorsed by Council at the Council Meeting on Wednesday 25 March.
This 6-month progress report, covering July to December 2025, relates to Council's 2025-26 Operational Plan & Budget.
The Operational Plan and Budget details what Council is doing to deliver the outcomes of its Community Strategic Plan.
It is where Council identifies, plans, funds and reports on services and outcomes provided for our community.
These plans are created in accordance with the Integrated Planning & Reporting (IP&R) Framework, developed by the NSW State Government to guide Councils in the planning, reporting and delivery of its community's priorities.
IP&R enables Council to allocate resources to projects and activities based on the needs and direction provided by our community, and to ensure these align to the community's values and vision for Bayside.
