The OSCE's Study Visit Programme for Partners for Co-operation (PfC), launched in 2022, offers young diplomats and experts from Asian and Mediterranean PfC an opportunity to familiarize themselves with the OSCE's mandates and activities and to enhance their knowledge of OSCE values, principles and commitments, thereby supporting their voluntary implementation in the respective countries.
By bringing together young diplomats and experts from the Asian and Mediterranean PfC, the Programme offers a unique annual platform for engagement and cross-regional interaction. The Programme is designed to strengthen the participants' understanding of and engagement with the OSCE, while stimulating further initiatives within the OSCE Partnerships.
For the fifth iteration of the Programme, eight participants from both OSCE Asian and Mediterranean Partners for Co-operation had the opportunity to spend two weeks with the OSCE in Vienna to participate in OSCE meetings and events.
