Over the holiday period, our call centres will be open on:

- Tuesday 27 December 2022 - from 9:00am to 4:30pm AEDT
- Wednesday 28 December 2022 - from 9:00am to 4:30pm AEDT
- Thursday 29 December 2022 - from 9:00am to 4:30pm AEDT
- Friday 30 December 2022 - from 9:00am to 4:30pm AEDT.
There may be an increased wait time if you call us during this time.
Due to the public holidays, our call centre will be closed on:
- Monday 26 December 2022
- Monday 2 January 2023.
Our services will resume as normal from Tuesday 3 January 2023.
