Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Stephen Bruan.
The 63-year-old has an outstanding warrant for failing to appear at court for the charge of refusing to undergo further breath test.
Bruan is Caucasian, about 170cm with a medium build and grey-green eyes.
He last resided in the Werribee area.
Investigators have released an image of Bruan in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
