Penrith Mayor Todd Carney said Penrith After Dark was extremely successful in creating a unique night-time experience that captivated residents and visitors while boosting our night-time economy.
"The streets of Penrith came alive on Saturday at Penrith After Dark with over 10,000 people enjoying a bespoke evening of outdoor dining, live entertainment and late-night fun," said Cr Carney.
"We are thrilled to be extending this event by enlivening select venues in the Penrith CBD across four Thursday nights in May as part of Penrith After Dark Amplified. Bring your family and friends to experience the best in food, music and culture in our vibrant City Centre, while supporting local businesses and artists.
"Don't wait until the weekend to enjoy a night out in the heart of Penrith," Cr Carney said.
Penrith After Dark Amplified supports our commitment to building a thriving 24-hour economy by elevating the live music scene in Penrith and activating the City at nighttime. It also aligns with Council's OPEN: Penrith and St Marys 24-Hour Economy Strategy 2025-2029.
