Sales transactions in Perth last week were similar to the previous week, with REIWA members reporting 801 transactions. A closer look shows house sales were up 3 per cent compared to the week prior, unit sales were down 14.5 per cent and land sales were up 22 per cent.

There were 3,294 properties for sale in Perth at the end of last week, which is 8.5 per cent higher than the previous week. This can be attributed to house listings increasing 10 per cent compared to the week prior and unit listings increasing 8.8 per cent while listings for vacant land decreased 1.9 per cent.
Last week's total figure of properties available for sale is 18.4 per cent higher than four weeks ago but 35.9 per cent lower than levels seen a year ago.
In Perth's rental market, REIWA members reported there were 1,902 properties for rent in Perth at the end of last week, which is 0.7 per cent up on the week prior. Last week's rental listings figure is 0.9 per cent lower than four weeks ago and 11.6 per cent lower than a year ago.

REIWA members reported 594 properties leased last week, which is 16.9 per cent lower than the previous week, 3.7 per cent lower than four weeks ago and 8.9 per cent lower than a year ago.
