Perth Weekly Market Snapshot: Week Ending September 27, 2026

Sales transactions in Perth last week were similar to the previous week, with REIWA members reporting 631 transactions. A closer look shows house sales were up 6.9 per cent compared to the week prior, while unit sales were down 3.4 per cent and land sales were down 49.0 per cent.

Perth's lowest sale price: Wembley - $530,000

There were 7,804 properties for sale in Perth at the end of last week, which is similar to the previous week. This can be attributed to house listings and unit listings remaining relatively stable compared to the week prior, while listings for vacant land increased 7.7 per cent.

Last week's total figure of properties available for sale is 6.7 per cent higher than four weeks ago and 174.7 per cent higher than levels seen a year ago.

In Perth's rental market, REIWA members reported there were 1,909 properties for rent in Perth at the end of last week, which is 3.3 per cent down on the week prior. Last week's rental listings figure is 6.7 per cent lower than four weeks ago and 7.5 per cent lower than a year ago.

REIWA members reported 649 properties leased last week, which is 6.2 per cent higher than the previous week but 1.4 per cent lower than four weeks ago and 4.1 per cent lower than a year ago.
