Pokolbin Distillery mural

Saving our Species recently commissioned a thirty-metre mural on the walls of Polkolbin Distillery, featuring three of the Hunter region's threatened species- the regent honeyeater, swift parrot and Pokolbin mallee.

30-metre long mural featuring local threatened species on the wall of Pokolbin Distillery

The mural, completed by internationally recognised artist Thomas Jackson, acknowledges the importance of conserving the unique biodiversity of the Hunter region.

Stop by the mural to learn more about threatened species conservation in the Hunter region and share images from your visit on social media using the hashtag #SavingOurSpecies – we'd love to see them!
