A teen has been charged following an incident in Dianella this week.
About 10am on Tuesday 12 December 2023, Police Air Wing observed an unlicensed off road bike travelling on Avocado Drive in Dianella.
The bike was tracked from the air as it travelled through several streets and reserves in Dianella, before the rider eventually stopped on Bangalay Way.
Following communications between Police Air Wing and officers on the ground, the teen was arrested a short time later.
A 16-year-old male from Girrawheen was issued a summons for No Authority to Drive (Never Held), and Used An Unlicensed Vehicle On A Road, to appear in court on 9 January 2024.
The off road bike was impounded.
