Police appeal to find man missing from Sydney's Inner west 7 February

Police are appealing for public assistance to find a man reported missing from Sydney's Inner West.

Lawrence Holt, aged 54, was reported missing to Inner West Police Area Command on 29 January 2021, after he failed to attend a scheduled medical appointment.

Despite extensive inquiries, police have been unable to locate Mr Holt and are now appealing for public assistance to locate him.

Police have been told Mr Holt described as being of Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander appearance, about 188cm tall with a thin build, long black/grey hair, a long grey beard and dark eyes.

CCTV recorded Mr Holt about week ago (Sunday 31 January 2021), wearing a black T-shirt, a large black coat, brown Fedora-style hat, and was carrying a black backpack.

Police have concerns for Mr Holt's well-being due to a medical condition requiring medication.

It's believed Mr Holt could be in the Woolloomooloo, Potts Point and CBD areas.

Anyone who sees Mr Holt is urged not to approach him but to call Triple Zero (000).
