Police appeal to find missing man at Wilcannia

Police are appealing for public information to find a man missing from Far West NSW.

Coen Orcher, aged 18, was last seen 20km out of Wilcannia on West Wilcannia Rd at 11pm Saturday 16th January 2021.

Officers from Barrier Police District were notified of his disappearance and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family have concerns for Coen's welfare as he has no food, water or appropriate clothing with him.

He is described as being of Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander appearance, about 180cm tall, of thin build, with black hair and brown eyes. He was wearing light orange cargo pants and a black skivvy top.

Police are urging anyone with information about Coen's whereabouts to call Barrier Police District or Crime Stoppers.
