Police appeal to locate man last seen at Sydney domestic airport

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney.

Filipe Valesu, aged 30, was last seen at Sydney Domestic Airport, about 8am on Friday (18 November 2022).

When Filipe did not return home and could not be contacted, officers attached to Fairfield City Police Area Command were notified on Saturday (26 November 2022), and immediately commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold serious concerns for Filipe's welfare as his disappearance is considered to be out of character.

Filipe is described as being of Pacific Islander/Maori appearance, about 175cm tall, of solid build, with black hair and a black beard. He has tribal tattoos on both arms.

Anyone with information on Filipe's whereabouts is urged to contact Fairfield Police Station or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
