Police appeal to locate man missing from Haberfield

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's Inner West.

Kevin Jarvey, aged 78, was last seen boarding a city-bound train from Summer Hill Railway Station, about 1:40pm yesterday (Friday 14 July 2023).

When he could not be located, officers attached to Burwood Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

There are serious concerns for his welfare as he has a medical condition that requires treatment.

Kevin is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 165cm tall with medium build, grey hair and stubble.

He was last seen wearing a grey t-shirt, orange vest, black track pants with a stripe and black shoes.

He may be using a blue walking frame and may be disoriented.

Anyone with information into his whereabouts is urged to call police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
