Police appeal to locate man missing from Blacktown 13 February

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's west.

Nastrin Sullaphen, aged 31, was last seen on Patrick Street, Blacktown, about 1pm Friday (9 February 2024).

When he could not be located, officers attached to Blacktown Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold serious concerns for his welfare due to him living with medical conditions that require treatment.

Nastrin is described as being of Indian Sub-Continental appearance, about 180-185cm tall with a solid build, and short black hair. He has a tattoo of a deck of cards on his left chest.

He was last seen wearing black shorts, a plain grey T-shirt and black Nike shoes.

He is known to frequent the City and Central Coast areas.

Anyone with information into his whereabouts is urged to call police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
