Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man reported missing from the Mid North Coast area.
John Rutherford, also known as Jack, aged 68, was last seen on Bold Street, Laurieton, about 10am on Thursday 1 May 2025.
When he could not be contacted or located, officers attached to Mid North Coast Police District were notified on Monday 5 May 2025, and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Police and family hold concerns for John's welfare as he lives with dementia.
John is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 175cm tall, of medium build, with short white hair.
He is known to frequent the Laurieton CBD and Dunbogan.
