Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's south west.
Thomas Hong, aged 49, was last seen in Merrylands on Monday 20 October 2025.
When he was unable to be contacted, officers attached to Cumberland Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Police have concerns for his welfare as he lives with a medical condition.
Thomas is described as being of Asian appearance, about 170cm-180cm tall, of medium build, bald, unshaven, and dark facial hair.
It is not known what he maybe wearing.
Thomas is known to frequent the Merrylands, Burwood, Concord and Ashfield areas.
