Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's southwest.
Jeffery Gilbert, aged 71, was last seen leaving a hospital and walking towards Antwerp Street, Bankstown, about 7.45pm yesterday (Tuesday 25 November 2025).
When he could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Bankstown Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Family and police hold concerns for Jeffery's welfare as he lives with cognitive and medical issues.
Jeffery is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 180cm tall, of medium build, and bald.
He was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt, grey shorts and grey shoes.
Jeffery is known to frequent the Bankstown and Greenacre areas.
