Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's Inner West.
Alan Tan, aged 49, was last seen on Addison Road, Marrickville about 4pm on Wednesday 31 December 2025.
When he could not be located, officers attached to Inner West Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Police hold concerns for Alan's welfare as he lives a cognitive impairment.
Alan is described as being of Asian appearance, about 170cm tall, of thin build, with short black hair, and a moustache.
He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a black zip up jacket and carrying a backpack.
Alan is known to frequent Belmore Park, Haymarket and Bondi areas.
